Josh is the First Nations Community Engagement Officer at the PHN, Josh is a Proud Wiradjuri Man from Dubbo NSW and belongs to the Tubba gah people who are traditional owners of the Dubbo region. Josh has worked in community services across the state over 15 years and has a passion for helping people in his roles he has influenced community in Youth, Disabilities, Out of Home Care, Tenancy Advocacy, Young Aboriginal Parents program and Mental Health.

Josh has also delivered Cultural awareness training for NSW Health across the state and brings a wealth of knowledge from his teachings as a boy, learning from his Family and the Aboriginal Community he belongs to.
